TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BODY AID SOLUTIONS
Our terms and conditions are an agreement/contract between you (the customer) and Body Aid Solutions Ltd. The terms and conditions apply to all training courses and state our commitment to you. They also outline your understanding and agreement as customers with our terms and conditions and thus your agreement to abide by them.
1.1 If learners require to transfer from one set of course dates to another a charge of £25.00 will be made to transfer to another set of course dates.
1.2 If learners wish to transfer course entirely and switch topics a charge of £50.00 will be made to transfer to a course of a different topic.
In the event you have to cancel a booked course and do not wish to transfer to any other available product/course then the following criteria will be applied:
2.1 If notice is received in writing via post or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org Body Aid Solutions Ltd no less that 21 days from the date the course was purchased via the website www.bodyaidsolutions.co.uk or any payment taken via telephone then a full refund will be issued minus any deposit paid. The refund will be issued via cheque or you will be given a direct refund to the debit/credit card used for your original payment within 10 working days from the date those details are received from the learner.
2.2 If a cancellation is made after more than 21 days after the date the course was purchased via the website www.bodyaidsolutions.co.uk or any payment taken via telephone no refund will be given, and you will be liable for the full course fees if you have paid in full or paying via Body Aid Solutions 0% Finance plan.
2.3 If students book a combined or number of different courses at the same time the 21 day cancellation period listed at 2.2 applies to all courses booked.
3. Confirmation of booking:
Once your deposit has been paid and received; we at Body Aid Solutions Ltd will reserve a place on your chosen course.
3.1 Body Aid Solutions Ltd reserves the right to remove you/the customer, from any course if you fail to disclose any pre-existing medical condition(s).
3.2 Prior to the start date of your course, course fees must be either paid in full or a payment scheme selected set up and authorised prior to hard copies of learner materials being sent out to learners to start the distance learning phase. The options for the payment scheme will be received on the same day as the booking confirmation via email.
3.3 If you have enrolled in a course requiring previous learning such as a Certificate in Personal Training Level 3, then this evidence must be sent to Body Aid Solutions Ltd via post or email 7 days prior to the start date of your course. If students fail to provide evidence and are unable to participate due to the pre-requisite not being met all fees remain payable.
Once you have successfully completed your training course, certification will take between 8 -12 weeks, provided the following conditions are met:
4.1 Balance of your account has been settled or you have set up and are paying your outstanding fees by direct debit and have returned a copy of your terms and conditions signed and dated.
4.2 You/the customer has completed the student registration forms.
4.3 If your certificate has an incorrect spelling on it as a result of you providing incorrect information when completing your student registration documents a £25.00 administration fee for certification re print will apply.
5. Data Protection / GDPR
At Body Aid Solutions Ltd we commit to keep your details safe and in line with all the new legislation and at no point will we pass any of your personal details on to any companies and will only use your details to make sure you get information from Body Aid Solutions Ltd for the best possible service we can provide.
Please sign the boxes below in the terms and conditions tick the checkbox to confirm you wish to receive information from us otherwise from 25th May 2018 we will no longer be able to ensure you get the best service we can offer.
6. Health Statement, Medical Information and PAR Q
As an individual you are responsible for your health. The management and tutorial team within this organisation are committed to helping you use every opportunity to enjoy the sessions that we offer our customers. With this in mind, we have carefully considered that we can reasonably expect from our students that:
6.1 You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use the equipment and facilities you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
6.2 You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable for you.
6.3 You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when using our equipment or facilities.
6.4 You will NOT hold Body Aid Solutions responsible for any medical issue or accident that may occur whilst participating as a student of Body Aid Solutions Ltd.
7. Compliance to terms and conditions
7.1 By Purchasing a course from Body Aid Solutions through deposit or payment in full I the student agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
